Master Freediver Koh Lanta is the third certification level for your Apnea Journey.
Therefore during this ultimate Master Freediver / Apnea Course on Koh Lanta you will learn to:
- Independent study using the PADI Freediver eLearning and knowledge development about third level of freediving techniques and equipment
- Confined water session for improving your skills on static and dynamic apnea in order to get a static apnea of 3 minutes and 30 seconds and a dynamic apnea of 70 metres/ 230 feet.
- Open water sessions to improve performances, apnea and equalization advanced techniques and constant weight freedives deep to 32 metres/ 90 feet

Minimum Age: 16 years old
Prerequisites: AIDA *** 3 Apnea Level or Equivalent as Advanced Freediver PADI and First Aid and CPR certification within the last two years
On Koh Lanta, Thailand, Master Freediver Training ( or the corresponding AIDA 4 ****) is a very particular course that we’d like to offer in a private 1 to 1 ratio with our instructor in order to make it easier fot you to achieve all the goals with all the safety required. That is the first reason why the price is a bit higher than other apnea courses.
