AIDA 3 *** Course Schedule on Koh Lanta
This freediving course will start with a lesson in the pool where you will be taught the most important rules of apnea, the basic hold breathing exercises underwater, to continue with more complex ones, according to the course level and your own aquatic skills. We do also the static performances at the pool. After (or before if you enrolled online) the successful session in the pool, you will be required to read the e-book that will be provided to you by email. Written multiples choices exam will follow. This will give you the passing grade for the theory part of the course.
Then, the following day, you will come on a boat with us to one of our amazing freedive sites: Koh Haa, Koh Bida Nok, Koh Bida Nai or Koh Rok.
After AIDA 3 ***, you can apply on Koh Lanta for the Master Freediver or AIDA **** 4 Course to expand your knowledge further!
