AIDA 2 ** on Koh Lanta: the core certification level for your Aida Apnea Journey in Thailand

During this 3 days AIDA 2 ** freediving course on Koh Lanta you will learn to:

  • perform a 2 minutes breath-hold
  • swim 40m in Dynamic Apnea with fins
  • freedive with fins in constant weight to 16m in open water
  • show freediving rescue techniques in open water

Duration: 2 Days                          Cost: 9000 thb

Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent)

Prerequisites: be able to swim at least 200 m non stop without fins and at least 300 m non stop with mask, fins and snorkel;

Actually the two apnea courses are didactically very similar, the difference is the performance requirements of minimum depth requirement, dynamic apnea, breath-hold and the days of training.
