AIDA 1 * in Koh Lanta: the basis to begin your Aida Apnea Journey.
Even though there are no actual requirements to pass the AIDA 1 * course, this is a very useful course for the start of your apnea journey in Koh Lanta, Thailand. During this freediving course in Koh Lanta you will learn the basis of everything relating to this amazing sport. Some things that you will learn include:
- how perform a duck dive
- how to properly breath
- how to equalize your ears
- how to swim horizontally and vertically
- basics of safety in freediving
- different freediving disciplines
- freediving equipment
- Freediver Code of Conduct
Duration: 1 Day
Cost: 5000 thb
Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent)
Prerequisites: be able to swim at least 100 m
