Advanced Freediver Koh Lanta is the second certification level for your Apnea Journey.
Therefore during this Advanced Freediver / Apnea Course on Koh Lanta you will learn to:
- Independent study using the PADI Freediver eLearning and knowledge development advanced freediving techniques and equipment
- Confined water session for improving your skills on static and dynamic apnea in order to get a static apnea of 2 minutes and 30 seconds (2 minutes for freedivers younger than 18) and a 50 metres/165 feet (40 metres/130 feet for freedivers younger than 18)
- Open water sessions to improve performances, freediving rescue techniques and constant weight freedives up to 20 meters/65 feet (15 metres/50 feet for freedivers younger than 18)
